Refund Policy
Effective for all orders from Mulga Living.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on all standard items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How It Works
- Reach out to us at hello@mulgaliving.com with your order details.
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Post the item back (tracked shipping recommended).
- Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Refund Method
All refunds go back to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times vary by bank but typically take 5–10 business days.
Damaged Goods
If something arrives broken or damaged, email hello@mulgaliving.com within 48 hours with photographs. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund.
